how to handle exam pressure

exam time again guys...
half of january passed...n march will come up full with exams and pressure...that always remains on we students,and everytime the same question-"what to do to handle pressure?"
the biggest problem is most of the people dont understand our pressure n those who understand are loaded enough with their own.its true we cant ignore these pressure but we cant also let them rule over us so its better to handle n face them dilligently.
the biggest pressure on students is peer pressure.----actually this i think should not be treated as pressure coz all of us face it...the peer due to whom we feel pressurised is himself much more pressurised.one should always be confident of his knowledge n capability.self confidence is the best way to tackle with peer pressure.but u should always remember that self confidence must never turn into over confidence.both have got just opposite effects.
2nd we come up with is family pressure.the pressure from our parents (which even if is not there still we cn always feel it ).Most of the times parents dnt put pressure on us but still we feel it ,this is because of their expectations from us,becase we are responsible n we know what our result means.
to handle aal these pressure two most important people who cn help us are 1)our parents and 2)our friends
parents help us alot to tackle with the pressure..their love n care always gives us strength to face any pressure strongly.they are the most important part of our life n they know it.
the best way to lighten up your mood n to deal with pressure smiling..is in company of freinds.
friends play a very vital role to make us happy n strong.so whenever u fell umder pressure spend some time with your friends n u will surely feel light after that.
one more way to deal when feeling pressurised is to be in the company of music.we all know that music has got a healing effect.so whenever u feel over pressurised just tune into sum dance tracks n let ur mood dance to its beats.
apart all these the best way to deal with pressure is to do the thing u love the most.at time of pressure do what u love to do the most...what makes u most happy n then see the result.
amongst all these pressure stuff what i personally have explored is a person gives his best while under pressure..we should always take pressure positively.when u will take it positively u will surely win over it .

xam again..ufff

uff...a queue of exams again..gosh m gonna die...itne sare xams..why do i need to give them yrr..our govt...dont know what has happened to it..they are omitting exams at junior n secondary legvel n at the same tym they r making the higer level exams tougher..IIT..heard there wud be a change in the entrance exam pattern..n that change will be to give 70% weightage to the board exams n 30%to the NAT (national aptitude test) score....gosh mah board scores make me stand nowhere in the crowd ..how will i be able to stand strong..mumma!!!tension is killing me..

the next set of exams are the BMAT test series starting from 5th sep..n then one exam every 14 days till december n that too to compete wid 50000 to 1 lakh students evrytym..ya ya i knw being prepared is gud thing but isnt this just too much..m tired(although i havent done any hard work for it) .. m scared...m afraid..m tensed..uff m full of every negative energy...god save me plzz...

aieee2010...on 26th april2010..as they say everybody gets into eee ;i too was hopeful for it.
centre..st.paul's academy..well mah very childhood memories are linked wid this name...as i started mah primary schooling from "st.paul's academy" but nt this one...thought maybe the name proove lucky for me..bt....
a very smart invigilatr ofcourse lady...
who the hell says dat eee is easy...god i cnt even undrstand the qustns...how cum wud i answr them...
maths...qustns from function part..uff mah mind stopped functioning when i saw them..
i knew..nthngs gonna happen in ths..i hv lost it...mind stopped wrking..nervousness rose lyk anythng n i didnt knew anythng or better say i forgot evrythng..
still tried to answer the qstns(prestige issue tha yrr)...answered many...actually guessed many...who thinks eee is easier than iit...i found iit more easier..
well..no hopes this tym...maybe i will be securing in negtive dat ws wat i xpcts frm eee
nevertheless,results came n dont knw how i crossed the cutoffs...frankly speaking i was sure dat i wud get negtive...but nw i knw i really underestimate maself...
rank in lakhs..all mah frns above me...this is nt wat i deserve but this is more than 4 wat i did ...so no regrets for the result...hope will do it better next year...

IIT-JEE2010

IIT-JEE2010...showtym of all the efforts n hardwork of last two yrs.....although i maself didnt do any hardwork for it as i always thought that IITs are meant for the supergeniouses n i ws never a supergenious....for me to crack it would only be a miracle.....this was maybe coz i underestimated maself or maybe coz i was more confidnt bout others than maself.
Finally the xam day..11th april..a bright day,a new air,a confident sun n g lil doubtful me...bt sumhow i ws more optimistic than ever. Reached the centre..n as xpectd the cntre was ovrflowing wid students hustling out...some intelligent,some scared,some confident n I a mixture of all of them..afterall it ws iit yr..the most prestigeous engg. Xam of india.
The bell rang;heartbeats pumpd up;got the qustn paper n gave a biggggg smile..qustns were easy. I answered more than wat i xpectd. The 1st paper turnd out to be a cofidnce booster. N ya if IIT cn do silly printing mistakes then i too cn crack it. Anythng n everythng is possible.
But lyf always cums wid surrises n 2nd paper...uff IIT applied newton's 3rd law to it n 2nd paper was just the equal n opposite reaction of the first one,still i was able to answer many of the qustns.
Yes,yess i cn do it. If i cn answer JEE papers dat way widout any preparatn then i cn crack it too. I knw i m nt being shortlisted ths yr for it but now i knw that u dnt need to be a supergenious to get into IIT,it just needs consistent hard work n dedication. Hope for the best next yr.
Just need to be confident.
